I’m Siobhan, and I have some big questions to ask you. Perhaps nobody has asked you these sorts of questions before. Many people muddle through life not stopping to consider what else is out there for them, and what they could do differently to improve their life considerably. Maybe they don’t think it’s even possible. I’m guessing you’re here because you want more. You’re ready to dig deep, make changes and find out how to live on purpose.

What will it take for you to have the peace, contentment and joy you deserve?

My journey

Now that I’ve asked you those questions, I think it’s only fair that I share a bit about how I got here. So this is my story about my Grand Pasting From Life. With the benefit of hindsight and some hard earned wisdom, I can tell you that I spent a lot of my younger adulthood frittering away the wild and precious life Mary Oliver was talking about at the top of the page. I left university with no plan or vision, just getting by, not knowing who I was or what I wanted. I started a spiritual awakening in my early 20s, when I was exhausted from living and playing hard. That got me so far, yet at 31 I found myself burned out and deeply unhappy. Life intervened, and a devastating and life threatening health diagnosis stopped me in my tracks. I finally sat up and paid attention. When life sends you something really big like that, I’ve learned that it pays to listen and learn.

Trusting my deepest desires & dreams

Like a lot of us, I used to avoid listening to the promptings of my heart, or trusting my deepest desires and dreams. When I started to do those things, things began to change for the better. It didn’t all happen at once, because that’s not how it usually works. Life really is a journey rather than a destination. We’re all a work in progress.

I knew from a very young age that my purpose was to help other people, so that’s what I do now. Connecting with my clients from my heart and helping them to find their bliss and their best life is my calling.

Why would you choose me? What sets me apart from others? 

My offering is Stress Management & Mindset Coaching. My mission is helping people to love and honour themselves enough, to dare to outgrow their small safe world, and create a new expanded world where anything is possible for them. I know it sometimes feels very scary, because I’ve been to all the scary places myself.

I do this work because I see the light of possibility and potential that shines in every single person, and how that beautiful light shines brighter when it’s fully nurtured. My invitation to you is to let your light shine. I’ve done the work to get me to that stage, and I know you can do it too.

What makes me able to do this work?

I have a host of tools at my disposal – Stress Management, Mindset Coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation, Relaxation Therapy, Reflexology and Sound Therapy. I’m a writer, and the facilitator of two Facebook groups fostering personal development, as well as my VIP Lounge membership club.

I love working with people

For the last 17 years I’ve worked with clients from all backgrounds, each with their own unique and amazing story. I quickly discovered that I truly love working with people, and enjoy the precious connection and trust that flourish when I travel with each one on their unique empowering journey.

What you need to know before booking

I choose to work with people who have the motivation and desire to effect lasting change in terms of their health and self actualisation. A client’s transformation may be a long process if they’re dealing with deep rooted issues. If you’re willing to do this work wholeheartedly, I’ll be delighted to travel with you. I know from experience that when you’re fully invested and taking responsibility for your process, we  can get amazing results. It’s your choice, and it’s a commitment I expect from you.

Clients take responsibility for attending their appointment at the agreed time, and for paying a 100% cancellation fee if they fail to notify me of non attendance with fewer than 24 hours’ notice.
